Stone Buriers

Stone buriers

Stones in the soil can cause huge problems including reducing healthy soil growth and damaging your equipment. A stone buriers helps create a uniform upper layer of soil by burying the stone resulting in an ideal starting point for new grass growth. Stone buriers work by using a reverse drive tiller to dig into the ground and elevate the soil and stones over the tilling rotor. The collected soil and stones are then thrown against the screening bar and the fine soil is separated out. The stones and heavier soil are forced to the bottom of the till depth while the fine soil passes through the screening bar. The levelling board then spreads the fine soil on top of the stones and heavier soil. Finally, a packing roller is used to smooth the fine soil.
